Nov, 2006 The staff of Shangri-La Holidays was very pleasant and extremely helpful and guide was very nice and informative. Trekking was very interesting, enough information provided.  The vehicle/driver was good in Nepal, Jeep and driver was lovely in Tibet as well.  Very pleasant staff was at Hotel Shangri-La and a nice accommodation. Overall, visit to Pokhara was reloading, Dhulikhel Resort was really a pleasant place to stay. I would definitely recommend Shangri-La Holidays to friends, family at home in Ireland.
